All products are IN STOCK and shipped from Encinitas, CA.
US domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority (takes 2 to 3 days).
International orders are shipped USPS First Class International (takes 7 to 10 days).

GIFTS
Can I make a gift purchase and have it sent to a different address?
Yes! At checkout, simply indicate the desired shipping address when prompted.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We have a 90-day unconditional money back guarantee on our products. You are welcome to return any item for any reason within 90 days as long as it is in original packaging and in new condition. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I make returns?
Please contact us by phone (760-613-5773) or email (nowclock@gmail.com) and we will give you the return address.

REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed after items are returned as described above. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so we advise Delivery Confirmation / Insurance or other protective services on all returning items.
